- configure automations and message workflows,

- Billing information (billing name, billing address, payment status, transaction history). Note: payment card details are typically processed by our payment processors, not stored by us.

B) Information from connected accounts (Meta/Instagram)
If you connect Instagram/Meta to InfluencerDM, we may receive and process data made available via Meta/Instagram APIs or permissions you grant, such as:
- Instagram account identifiers/handles, page or business account info, and connected account metadata,
- messages and message metadata processed to deliver automation (for example, timestamps, message direction, delivery status),
- comments or interactions relevant to your configured automations (depending on features enabled).
C) Automatically collected information
- Device and usage information (IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, pages/screens viewed, clicks, session duration, referring URLs).
- Log and diagnostic data (app events, error logs, crash reports).
D) Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies or similar technologies to:
- keep you logged in (authentication),
- remember preferences,
- measure usage and improve performance,
- understand marketing effectiveness (where enabled).
You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect some Service functionality.
4) How We Use Personal Data

- disconnect integrations or connected accounts (where available).
